PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
The emulsifier homogeneous material in the pot through the pot was stirred polytetrafluoroethylene blade frame (blade always meet the inner wall of the pot, sweep wall-sticky material), continuous generation of new interface, and then through the mixer block, reverse its stirring blade, the material is cut, compressed, folded, allowed to stir, mix and homogenizer at the bottom of the pan to the downstream, then shearing strength generated by the high speed rotation between the rotor and the stator, impact process, turbulence and the like so that the material to be cut in the cut seam, quickly broken into fine 200nm of ~ 2μm. Material micronization, emulsification, mixing, homogenization and dispersion can be completed in a short time. Since the homogenizer is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process of the material are taken away in time. After the homogenization of the emulsifier, the lid is raised, and the dump button switch is pressed to discharge the material in the pot to the outer container of the pot (or open the bottom valve and the pressure valve to discharge directly).
PROCESS FLOW
ATTENTIONS ON OPERATION !!!!
1. Connecting power supplying, be ensure voltage matches and ground wire safety ground. then turn on the main power switch; (after the motor is connected wire successfully or restarted after not be used a while times, it should be tested running through inching and test the stirring frame first, the frame should be rotated counterclockwise when looking down. If working correct then test homogenizer)
2. Correctly connect the each pipes/tubes of the main pot and the water/oil pot. check all valves if closed and other parts are intact before star the machine;
3. Ensure the main pot body fits the lid completely when machine working, especially when homogenizer/stirrer/vacuum pump is working. mechanical seal’s vacuum machine must be connected with cooling water before machine running;
4. The homogenizer is not allowed to run in an empty pot due to its rotating with high speed, so as not to burn the seal parts;
5. The order of operation must not be wrong for vacuum pump(turn on/off).
Turn on steps: press the button of vacuum pump on the operation panel first. Then open the vacuum valve on the lip of main pot.
Turn off steps: close the vacuum valve first, then turn off the vacuum pump through the button on the operation panel.
6. Cut down the power source when working with maintenance or cleaning;
7. Never put your hands into the kettle while the equipment is running to prevent accidents;
8. Shut down immediately if any abnormal noise occurs when the machine is running, then figure out the problem;
9. Do not perform any heating operation without injecting any heat transfer oil or water;

The Stirring System |
A. Stirring with frame scrape, material SS316L. Motor: Three-phase asynchronous motor 380V/50Hz, power 1.5kw. Transmission: The speed reducer is driven by special gear structure. PRODUCT APPLICATION EFFECT
