Sanitary KOSBEST® 100L Vacuum Emulsion Mixer Apply for Baby Moisturizer Process
Prepare all above required ingredient then processed by sanitary KOSBEST vacuum emulsion mixer and pretreatment pot, details as below shows:
• Place the OPG (2-Ethylhexyl palmitate), sorbitan sesquioleate, isononyl isononanoate JHC99, oil-soluble lanolin, JHC 6028, GTCC, propyl acetate into the oil pot of vacuum emulsifying machine, heat up to 80-85℃ temperature;
• Then put the rest ingredients (glycerol; magnesium sulfate Heptahydrate; methyl; deionized water) into water pot of vacuum emulsion mixer, heat up the temperature to 80-85℃, then keep constant temperature for 30mins;
• Open the vacuum suction valve to pump the mixture from the water pot and oil pot into the emulsifying pot. then open the homogenizer of main pot to process the materials for 2-3mins, also open the stirrer to mixing for 10mins. after then, it enters the cooling phase. first cool down the mixture to below 40℃. then add additional preservatives RMP-2 and fragrances into to the main pot and stirring the materials for 10mins.
Affter emulsifying/dispersering/homogenizing/mixing and vacuum defoamation, a delicate, non-foaming, natural and hygienic’s baby moisturizer is finished out from sanitary KOSBEST vacuum emulsifying machine.
