6 STEPS TO MAKE THE COSMETICS CREAM BY 100L VACUUM HOMOGENEOUS EMULSIFYING MACHINE

•Weight all ingredients of group A, place them into the water pot of vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine and begin to mix them until uniform. heat up the A group mixture to 85℃ temperature;

• Weight acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer of group B, place them into the main pot(emulsifying pot) of vacuum emulsifier mixer. then open the high-speed homogenizer to work with them for 10-30mins, next to add rest ingredients of group B into the same pot. heat up the temperature to 85 ℃;

• Weight chlorphenesin and raspberryketone glucoside of group C, put them into the oil pot, then stirring them until dissolved completely while the temperature be heated up to about 50℃;

• Open the vacuum suction valve to suck the group A into the main pot, next open the high-speed homogenizer to work with materials of A and B mixture for 10-30mins and keep temperature within 30min;

• Allow your group A and B mixture cool down to 60℃ when under the slowly stirring in the vacuum emulsifying mixer, then open the vacuum suction valve again, to suck the group C into the main pot by slowly speed;

• Once materials which in the emulsifying pot cool down to 45℃, same way add the ingredients of group D into the main pot and mixing and homogenizing them for 10-30mins;
