5 STEPS TO MAKE THE FACE MOISTURIZER WITH 100L VACUUM HOMOGENEOUS EMULSIFYING MACHINE
• Weight all ingredients of group A, place them into the main pot(emulsifying pot) of vacuum emulsifier mixer and open the stirrer to mix them;
• Weight acrylate/C1Mo alkyl acrylate and aqua of group B, place them into the water pot. then stirring them to evenly, next to add rest ingredients of group B into the same pot and keeping stirring;
• Put the B group mixture into the main pot and ensure the stirrer of emlsifying pot is working during this time;
• Adjust the speed of homogenizer to 10800r/min then open it to process the A and B group mixture for 1min. when finished, open the stirrer and place the ingredients of C group into the main pot also;
• Finally step to open the homogenizer under the adjusted speed 8000r/min to work with A&B&C group mixture for 1min;
