4 STEPS TO MAKE THE SUNSCREEN BY 100L VACUUM EMULSIFYING EQUIPMENT
• Sequentially add Group A ingredients into the main pot(emulsifying pot) of vacuum homogenizing machine, heap up the temperature to 80℃, then open the stirrer to mix them;
• Add group C ingredients into the main pot too, heat up the materials to 85℃ and stir them until they are evenly dispersed;
• Put the ingredients of group B into the main pot also, then heat up the temperature to 85℃ and process them to mix well;
• Finally cool down the mixture to room temperature;
