Product Description:
This Kos-250 inline homogenizer pump is a three-stage inline dispersing emulsification equipment, sanitary design, the surface of parts are fine polishing, contact material metal using SS316L, inlet and outlet are quick-connect structure. The working chamber is equipped with three sets of stator and rotor, the material is input from the axial, through three sets of stator-rotor high shear dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, and then radial output, the material processed more finely. Applicable to pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, chemical and other higher sanitary requirements production, in line with CIP cleaning requirements, custom GMP specifications.

● Equipped with a storage tank can be used for continuous operation of the in-line process, can also be used for recycling process, this design ensures that all the materials into the mixing container must be through the precision stator and rotor gap before the outlet, the extraction capacity is large enough to suck the material up, and then go down without auxiliary pump, special single or double mechanical seal for the strong process.
