Product Description:
Kos-290 high shear emulsion pump installed with 1 to 3 sets of rotor & stator in the narrow cavity, the rotor high speed rotating driven by the motor, resulting in strong axial suction, the material was sucked into the cavity, being homogenized, emulsified, dispersed, mixed, crushed and other process in the shortest possible time, the processed material particle size distribution significantly narrowed, resulting in long-term stability of the product. For the materials need reciprocating cycling of process or with higher processing requirements of emulsification, homogenization, dispersion, especially suitable for the selection of this equipment.
Performance characteristics of emulsion pumps:
1, Has a very high shear rate and shear force, particle size of about 0.2-2 microns can ensure the stability of high-speed dispersion emulsification;
2, The apparatus can be applied to a variety of dispersing emulsification processes and can also be used to produce homogeneous mixing including emulsions, suspensions and colloids;
3, Three-stage emulsion pump rotor and stator system produce the shear force to increase the transfer rate of solute, so that a single molecule and macroscopic molecular media decomposition accelerated;
4, Emulsion pump internal working group can be one, two, three states, to meet the requirements of different materials;
5, Emulsion pump cavity with a jacket can be flexible control of the temperature, steam, water;
6, All material contact parts are 304 or 316L stainless steel.

It is a really useful and nice emulsify system, really robust and easy to clean, saves me a lot of time. Very good value for the price we pay, but need to be communicated for details and the pricing is not very accurate. So if you want the right product and price, suggest you contact first.
