While dispersing tablets, a number of problems are frequently encountered when using conventional mixers and agitators: the incapability of breaking down agglomerates in the process and occurrence of flecks of color in the tablets. A high shear mixer of KOS can easily overcome these manufacturing difficulties because the high speed rotation of the rotor creates a powerful suction which draws the or powdered coating material and liquid into the workhead.
