Attention on Operation:
1. Check the feeding hopper、feeding pipe、outlet piece and circulation pipe if connected okay. Make sure the outlet piece is opening and ensure the outlet piece and circulation pipe already connected with outlet pipe and water cooling pipe.
2. Install the power starter with the ammeter and indicator. When the power was turn on. It is necessary to check the rotation direction of motor if it is clockwise when see through the direction by feeding hopper.
3. How to adjust the gap size of grinding disc:
Unscrew the two handles, Then keep to turn around the adjusting disc by clockwise and put your other hand to go inside of the square window of the pedestal to turn the motor blades until felt some friction then stop everything. Next we have to turn back the adjusting disc a little and makes the gap size of grinding disc more bigger than the aligned number. In the case of when met the requirements of processing materials. The gap size of grinding disc we suggest to adjust to more bigger as far as possible. It can increase the service life of grinding disc. Then screw up the adjusting disc by adjust the handle through clockwise

6. Pay attention the motor if work overload, If that, Please reduce the filling amount of materials to work.
7. Colloid mill is a high precision machine. The gap size of grinding disc is very closely and working speed is very fast.
