    Product Description:

    High shear inline mixer can be divided into two categories: single-stage and three-stage inline mixer. Supremely efficient and rapid in operation, this single-stage emulsifying pump can definitely reduce mixing time, comparing to conventional agitator or stirrer or disperser. Various degree homogenizing results would be achieved by replacement of different work heads.

     

    Working Principle:

    Inline high shear emulsifier with horizontal structure. In the long narrow working chamber is equipped with one set (or three sets) of rotor and stator, the rotor and stator dual coupling, with a high matching precision. The central shaft driven by the motor rotating at a high speed to form a vacuum, sucking the materials into the rotor stator chamber, the rotor with strong kinetic energy to create a very high linear speed, so the materials in the rotor and stator gap bearing strong crushing, traring, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction, strong shearing and flying out, under the action of different forces generates strong turbulence, the materials from the export outflow, so that immiscible solid, liquid, gas phase and other media immediately evenly dispersed and emulsified. The equipment can be operated several times to make the finished product stable and high quality.
